Eligibility and Participation

To participate in the Program you must maintain a valid Alice.com Account
and be in good standing at all times. To be an Eligible Referral under the Program,
the referred customer must:

* Visit the Alice.com sign up page using an approved tracking link that we provide to you.
* Be a new customer that does not live in a household of an existing Alice account holder (for example, you can't refer your husband or wife).
* Be a real person who is eligible for an Alice Account and who voluntarily and knowingly signs up for the Account (for example, you may not refer yourself or create Accounts using false or someone else's personal information).
* Submit a valid order at Alice.com and maintain their Alice.com Account in good standing.

Program Awards

Each time you make an Eligible Referral, we will track that individual's purchase activity at Alice.com for the next 12 months and pay you 3% of the individual’s total valid order amounts at Alice.com during that 12 month period.

Program Award Account and Payments

Program award amounts are deposited into your Alice.com Account, and your current balance is posted on the main Refer A Friend page. Each time the total amount in your account exceeds $50, you can request a payment from us for that amount. Amounts are paid by check mailed to your valid address on file at Alice. Alice reserves the right to make adjustments to your balance for returns, cancellations, fraud, and other similar events at any time in our sole discretion. Accrued amounts in your Account have no value until the amount reaches the $50 minimum and you correctly request a payment from us. You are responsible for any tax liability that may result from Alice payments provided to you.
